GP FOR REVENUE 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.13968 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment over an extent of 400 Sq.Yds. of vacant house site covered by Patta No.50, Plot No.38, L.P.No.1/1985, P.R.No.8/1985, situated in R.S.No.306 of Nemam Gram Panchayat, Kakinada Rural Mandal, East Godavari District for the purpose of distribution of house sites to the weaker sections under the Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu Scheme without following any due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that as per the web-land adangal/revenue records, the Nemam Village of Kakinada Rural Mandal, the survey number was sub-divided into 306/1 and 306/2 and the total extent of Ac.150.67 cents. As per the present web-land adangal, the name of the writ petitioner was not registered and moreover it can be noticed that the said lands are not covered by layouts. The claim of the petitioner is that, he purchased the plot Nos.35 and 38 vide layout No.1/85 in R.S.No.306 of Nemam Village is not correct. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.13968 of 2020 4. The writ petitioners are claiming the land in Thammavaram Revenue Village. As per the village revenue records, the total extent of land in Sy.No.330 of Thammavaram Village is Ac.23.09 cents, out of that, an extent of Ac.12.76 cents was allotted to M/s. Rayalaseema Histrength Hypo Limited Company and the remaining land is under the control of Government. Accordingly, the respondents identified the vacant Government land to an extent of Ac.5.20 cents situated in Sy.No.330 part of Thammavaram Village and layout was prepared with 180 plots and the house sites pattas were distributed to the eligible beneficiaries on 27.12.2020 under the welfare scheme of housing. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
