Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition had been filed by the petitioner challenging the initiation of inquiry against him but now with the passage of time the inquiry has culminated into issuance of censure against him. Thus, though the subject matter of the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and he is under instructions to withdraw it, however, he seeks liberty to approach this Court or any other appropriate forum against the order dated 16.08.2023, in case so advised. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
