Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant one notional increment with effect from 1st July, 2019 for the complete service rendered by the petitioner from 1st July, 2018 to 30th June, 2019 and consequentially re-fix the pensionary benefits. II. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant arrears of pensionary benefits from the date of retirement of the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum till the date of payment.” 4. It has come on record that annual increment was given to petitioner on 1st January of each year. Therefore, the relief as claimed by petitioner is totally misconceived, the writ petition is ill advised. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No order as to costs. (Pankaj Purohit, J.)
