Case No.13/2024 registered under Sections 498, 323, 506, 504, 509, 420, 291 and 34 of the IPC. However, at the outset, Mr. Debalay Bhattacharya, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are not inclined to press this petition since the petitioners have arrived at a settlement with the private respondent.
