However, an apparent error has been pointed out in the order. Having recorded a finding that the third respondent is in possession of the Schedule A, D & F properties, this Court had appointed an Advocate https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Receiver only with respect to those properties. This Court had specifically recorded that there was no necessity to appoint a Receiver in respect of Schedule B, C & E as they are not in the hands of the third respondent. 2.
