Reply by way of an affidavit dated 01.07.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the respondent today in Court, which is taken on record. Along with the reply, speaking order dated 28.05.2025 (Annexure R- 1) has also been appended.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off accordingly.

Rule stands discharged.

Needless to say that the petitioner would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order, if he is so advised, in accordance with law.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
