The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Angara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 322, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 336(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Ila Kandpal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is said to have purchased 8 decimals of land appertaining to part of Khata No.- 72, part of Plot No.- 408 in Mauja-Turup, District- Angara. The informant Saroj Devi is the owner of the said land. Co-accused Pawan Kumar by virtue of forged power of attorney sold the land to this petitioner. It is alleged that Pawan Kumar had also sold part of the aforesaid land to several persons. 4. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner has also become the victim of deceit. He further submitted that he is a bonafide purchaser. He also submitted that an affidavit has been filed that the petitioner will not claim the title and possession of the land. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Ila Kandpal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Angara P.S.
