Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, based on the complaint made by the KowluriVijaya Lakshmi- 5threspondent, a case in Crime No.67 of 2024 was registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 318 (2), 338, 339 of IPC. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police never insisted the petitioner to cancel the registered documents stands in his name in this matter. 4. The learned counsel for the unofficial respondent would submit that, recording the said submissions, the writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
