The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner(s) seeking issuance of an appropriate writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Supervisor in the Department of Hospitality Organisation Haryana. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as regards the grievances mentioned in the petition, the petitioner(s) has already sent a representation dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure P-7) to the respondent(s) and he would be satisfied in case respondent No.2-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, is directed to consider and decide the said representation by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.
