Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Saharanpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 32 of 2025 dated 22.4.2025 has already been submitted. 4.
