Since common question of law and facts are involved in all the writ petitions, they heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. 2. The petitioners who are working as Senior Resident in various medical colleges have filed these writ petitions for issuance of direction to the respondents authorities to fill-up 25% posts through promotion from Senior Resident to Assistant Professor as per the Chhattisgarh Medical Education (Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2013. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been appointed in the year 2022 and they have completed three years of service but neither their probation has been completed nor their case has been considered for promotion. 4. Learned State counsel on instruction would submit that they are in process of issuing order regarding completion of probation and they have also initiated process for police verification of the petitioners for further proceedings. He would further submit that they will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with Recruitment Rules, 2013 as well as Chhattisgarh Public Service (Promotion) Rules, 2003 and will conclude the same expeditiously. 5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, nothing requires to be adjudicated by this Court in these petitions at this stage. Accordingly, all the writ petitions stand disposed of. 4 6.
