K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 28.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.24730 of 2023. 2. The relief sought in W.P.No.24730 of 2023, is to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not handing over the physical possession of the allotted lease land situated in Sy.Nos.335, 160/3, 161 to an extent of Ac.1.35 cents, Ac.4.91 cents nad Ac.4.03 cents respectively of Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District, totaling to an extent of Ac.10.29 cents to the petitioner Society. This Court, by order dated 28.02.2024 directed the authorities therein to handover the possession of the subject land to the petitioner society. 3. It was brought to the notice of this Court that one Chaitanya Mahila Rythu Coolie Samkshema Sangham, filed W.P.No.10783 of 2024, questioning the District Collector’s proceedings in Ref.No.Rc.No.L4/248/2023 dated 02.05.2023, directing the Tahsildar (4th respondent therein) to handover the possession of the land to an extent of Ac.9.82 cents in Sy.No.160/3 and Ac.8.06 cents in Sy.No.161 of Ibrahimpatnam Village and Mandal, NTR District, to the petitioner herein. In that writ petition, this Court by orders dated 3 10.07.2024 granted status quo on the basis that the 7th respondent (petitioner herein) had procured orders dated 28.02.2024 in W.P.No.24730 of 2023 from this Court without impleading the writ petitioner therein as a party. 4. In view of the status quo orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10783 of 2024, this Contempt Case is liable to be dismissed relegating the parties to pursue the said writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
