This Court, vide order dated 23.06.2025, passed in CRR No. 688/2024, while dismissing the revision filed by the petitioners, namely, Smt. Neha Dewangan, Jayansh Dewangan and Kunjal Dewangan, had directed the the Family Court to conclude the proceedings under RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Section 125 of CrPC, preferably within a period of four months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District – Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC is at the stage of evidence of the applicant/wife, and therefore, the proceedings of the Family Court in the present matter is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 04 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
