The present bail application which has been filed on behalf of the applicant for the offences in question though the applicant has been charged under Section 82 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2005 and his bail was rejected for the said offence along with other offences but in the whole bail application Section 85 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2005 has been mentioned in place of Section 82 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2005. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh by mentioning proper offence. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 6.
