Learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 6 has submitted that in the present case, contempt petition has been filed for violating the order dated 02.07.2020 passed in CWP-9052-2020 whereas the said CWP itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.09.2024 and inspite of lapse of more than one year, no application for revival of the same has been filed. It is submitted that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
