Considering the advanced stage of the proceedings before the learned arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of eight months from the date of communication of this order. 2 As no affidavit have been called for, the allegations against the respondents are deemed to be denied.
