When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner did not turn up to Santhakaviti Police Station neither on 20.06.2023 nor else on any other date, that is why they have not registered the case. 04. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue her complaint with the police and avail her remedies according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
