A report dated 06.11.2025, which has been placed on record by the District Legal Services Authority, East Godavari District, states inter alia that the petitioner, namely Veerella Sathiraju, had expired. The report also contains a copy of the Death Certificate, which reflects that the petitioner had expired on 19.06.2015. 2 SSJ CRLRC_980_2013 3. The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred challenging a concurrent finding of learned Court below in respect of the order of conviction passed against the present petitioner under Section 138 of N. I. Act. 4. As the petitioner has already expired, there is no merit in proceeding with the challenge to the order passed by the learned Court below. 5. Under the above observation, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous.
