GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 4 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 30526 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:- “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.4 and 5 in directing the petitioners to vacate from their landed properties situated at P.Narayanapuram village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners’ possession and enjoyment of subject properties and pass such other order”. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners has submitted that in the earlier occasion when the respondents were trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners’ subject properties, they approached this Court and their rights were protected by this Court in W.P.No.24809 of 2011. Subsequently, the petitioners are in continuous possession and enjoyment of the subject properties without any interference. Now the present officers again started interfering with the possession of the petitioners’ subject properties without following due process of law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels and on perusal of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.30513 of 2011 in W.P.No.24809 of 2011, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to 5 interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners’ subject property, except by following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
