GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in directing the petitioner and her husband to appear before them without any compliant nor any crime against the petitioner nor to her husband name , and which is contrary to Art 21 of Constitution of India and illegally arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2 respondents not to call the petitioner and her husband to the police station without any crime.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner and her husband to the Police Station and no case is registered against them. 3. Sri B.Sriram Karthik, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the Police not to call the Petitioner and her husband to the Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Respondents – Police are directed not to call the Petitioner and her husband to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. There shall be no order as to costs.
