On 17.04.2025. learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in the contempt has been complied with for which the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from his client in that regard. 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.32962 of 2018 on 06.01.2023 have been complied with and prayed to close the contempt. It is submitted by respondent Nos.2 & 3 that the orders passed by this Court on 06.01.2023 have been complied with, however, with certain delay which is beyond their control and the same is neither willful nor wanton and 4. that they have great respect on the Courts and its orders and prayed to condone the said delay and exonerate them from the present contempt case. This Court having satisfied with the explanation given by the contemnors and as the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt have been complied with, is inclined to close the contempt. 5. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
