Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag. 3. On 05.07.2024, Rangdari was demanded from the informant who is a contractor carrying out the work of upgradation of Middle School, Giddi. 4. It was submitted that the mobile phone which was used in demanding Rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person. It was finally submitted that co- accused Anand Turi and Kripal Bediya have been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1329 of 2025 by order dated 18.02.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. It appears that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag in connection with Giddi P.S.
