GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR and to file charge sheet by investigating the matter, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to register the FIR against the culprits, investigate the matter and to file charge sheet.” 2 2.
