PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA Date: 2025.11.04 16:51:11 +0530 2 / 2 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the State of Chhattisgarh, to frame rules and regulations for the recognition and regulation of institutions imparting education in Naturopathy and Yoga, in compliance with the Hon'ble High Court's order dated 16.07.2014 in Writ Petition MISC BENCH No. 5138 of 2001. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant registration/recognition to the petitioner's institution, Swami Satyanand Vidyapeeth, for imparting education in Naturopathy and Yoga, and to register its qualified graduates in a manner similar to the order dated 26.02.2024 issued by the State of Uttar Pradesh. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to submit representation for redressal of his grievance as prayed in this writ petition before appropriate authority/ Government. 3.
