GP FOR MEDICAL HEALTH FW The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.27308 of 2025 O R DE R: The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 in declaring the probation of the Respondent No.9 as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (A.N.M), Grade-III though she was involved in two criminal cases as illegal and arbitrary and violation of Rule 18 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 as well as the APCS (CC &A) Rules, 1991. 2. The Petitioner is a third party. The Respondent No.9 was selected and appointed as ANM Grade-III on 20.11.2019 at Paddaraveedu Sachivalayam. Criminal Cases vide Cr.No.99 of 2021 and Cr.No.140 of 2022 on the file of Peddaraveedu Police Station were registered against the Petitioner on the complaints given by the Petitioner. Questioning the same, the Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. 3. The Petitioner being a third party has no locus to question the Petitioner, and the remedy of the Petitioner against the alleged illegal acts by the Respondent No. 9 has to 3 be worked out in the criminal cases. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
