JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.IV in M.C.No.5368/2019 dated 15.06.2022 by the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month and also one time litigation expenses of an amount of Rs.10,000/-, the petitioner/husband is before this Court. 2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent/wife submits that as per his instructions, the wife is employed and this aspect could not be brought to the notice of the Court at the earliest point of time. As such, she is not seeking any maintenance from the husband. Considering the same, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. The order passed in I.A.No.IV in M.C.No.5368/2019 dated 15.06.2022 by the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, is set aside. ii.
