2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the
order dated 10th January, 2024 (Annexure-A) passed in R.P.No.436/2023, wherein the interim order passed on 07th October, 2023 is vacated by the respondent No.1; inter alia sought for restoration of the said interim order dated 07th October, 2023.

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned order, it is not in dispute that the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the respondent No.1, vacating the interim order earlier granted in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the respondent No.1 is
directed to dispose of the R.P. No.436/2023 at the earliest, in any event, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
