The applicant/petitioner has preferred present application with the prayer to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition at this stage pursuant to the Government Order dated 21.12.2023 and letter dated 01.05.2025. written by the authorities with the liberty to file fresh petition in case any fresh decision is taken by the authorities against the petitioner. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the Withdrawal Application is allowed.
