Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the order 26/11/2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Respondent No. 3. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to operate her Ekta Mahila Swa Sahayata Samuha (Government Fair Price Shop) beriang ID No. 432010047 situated at village Tenduwa, Tahsil Saja, District Bemetara, C.G. Petitioner in 10.2 of the relief clause sought quahsment of the order dated 26.11.2025, perusal of which would show that this order is passed in view of the order passed by High Court in WPC No. 4527/2025. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was allotted a fair price shop vide order dated 30.07.2025, however, in the writ petition filed by Jai Ma Durga Bhawani Mahila Sva Sahateya Samuh, Tenduwa, petitioner was not arrayed as a party respondent. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, when order Annexure P-1 appears to have been passed in furtherance of the order passed in WPC No. 4527/2025 and if for any reason petitioner is aggrieved that petitioner is not a party in that writ petition, petitioner is having other remedy under the law of filing appropriate proceedings to order passed in WPC No. 4527/2025 and therefore I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5.
