The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to set-aside the order dated 07.01.2025 passed by Principal Judge Family Court in Maintenance Case No. 402 of 2022, whereby the learned Family Judge, directed the applicant to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party no. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
