Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi seeking three months more time for disposal of the case, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw these present bail applications by praying to grant liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail before the learned Court in seisin over the matter, if the trial is not concluded within three months hence. 3. Accordingly, both these bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
