Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 30/2024, arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 97/2022, registered under Sections 302,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) (a)/ 26/ 27/ 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Session Judge-VII, Dhanbad. On 29.04.2022 at about 06:20 P.M., brother of the informant, namely Ranjit Kumar Sahu was shot dead by unknown persons in his tyre shop. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate benches of this Court.
