The Court made the following:
ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy)
In this old matter of the year 2020, the petitioners are not turning up for hearing. Considering the same, the matter is ordered to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also, the petitioners did not turn up for hearing. Therefore, it is evident that the petitioners are not evincing interest to pursue this writ petition.
2. So, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
