The deliberate failure of the Respondents to scrutinize the eligibility criteria, verify the Government Orders appointing Respondents 6 and 7 as paid Directors in the A.P. Bestha Welfare and Development Corporation, and to pass a reasoned order on the objections, is highly arbitrary, unlawful, mala fide, violative of principles of natural justice, and contrary to the mandatory provisions of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and Consequently direct the Respondents.No.3 and No.4 to forthwith delete the names of Respondents 6 and 7 from the final voter list and conduct the elections for 'Managing Committee of the District Fishermen Co- operative Society, YSR Kadapa District strictly in accordance with law. Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since 6th respondent has become President of the District Fishermen Cooperative Society, YSR Kadapa district, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
