C.M.P.No. 12524 of 2025 has been filed to discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner from guardianship of Minor Kishore Kumar and permit the first petitioner to defend the above Second Appeal on his own. 3. C.M.P.No. 12513 of 2025 has been filed to declare the first petitioner/ Minor Sweetha Srilekha as a major and consequently discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner from guardianship and permit her to defend the above Second Appeal. 4. C.M.P.No. 12523 of 2025 has been filed to declare the second petitioner/ Minor Kishore Kumar, as a major and consequently discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner from guardianship and permit him to defend the above Second Appeal. 5.
