This writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to pay post retiral dues. 2. Sri Anant Kumar Tiwari and Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for respondents, on basis of written instructions, submit that amount of G.P.F. and G.I.S. have already been paid to petitioner which has been communicated to petitioner. 3. Learned counsel further submits that so far as other retiral dues are concerned i.e. gratuity, leave encashment and arrears of D.A, concerned respondents will take a reasoned decision and if there is no legal impediment, the same will also be paid within a short period. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, since a part of prayer of petitioner has substantially been addressed and further Court takes note of submissions of learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
