Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 6 in not appointing the petitioner as Junior Lecturer in History (Aided Post) under S.C. No.214 General Administration (Ser-A) Dept., dated 8-5-2001 and thereby set aside the Provisional appointment made in favour of Unofficial Respondent No.8, by directing the Respondents 1 to 6 to appoint the petitioner as Junior Lecturer in History in the College of the Respondents No.5 and 6 (Sayyad Appalaswamy Junior College (Aided), Vijayawada) by paying salaries to the petitioner from the date of Interview, in the interest of justice
IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to initiate suitable D?.par-mental action against the officials responsible in depriving the petitioner of the Post of Junior Lecturer in History under SC Backlog System in the College of Sayyad Appalaswamy Junior College (Aided), Vijayawada, all these months, in the interest of justice pending disposal of the above writ petition

Learned counsel representing Sri G.Ronald Raju, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education is in attendance.
3. Recording the submission made by the earned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
