JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed questioning the order passed in M.C.No.5572/2024 dated 15.01.2025 by the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the memorandum of settlement entered into between the parties before Mediation was recorded and accepted and the petition was allowed. 2. Office has raised objection with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition in view of Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband has played fraud on the wife. Even in that case also, the remedy of the petitioner is not before this Court and it has to go to the very same Court.
