Present legal battle has no legal consequence as the claim of petitioner to grant family pension to his late mother has rendered infructuous, since she has never claimed it from 26.6.1976 to 9.11.2018 i.e. from date when her husband died till she was alive, a period of more than three decades. 3. There is also an adverse factor that, after 4 years of death of his mother, petitioner has now filed present Writ Petition, without any locus, therefore, relief sought cannot be granted. 4.
