GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: RC,J W.P.No.29995 of 2025 3 ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in payment of the final bill amount of Rs.2,79,017/- in respect of the M.B.No.377A/2008-09. 2. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions dated 19.11.2025, submitted that the authorities have admitted to pay an amount of Rs.2,22,650/- and prayed to grant ten (10)weeks time for payment of the amount. 3. Sri P.V.Sai Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount and also for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of Rs.2,22,650/- within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
