2. The petitioner has filed this appeal praying for following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that in the light of the above facts and grounds this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the bearing FIR bearing Crime No.81/2023 registered at RAIPUR Police Station Mahila Thana, District Raipur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.”
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge-sheet has been filled against the present petitioner before the concerned trial court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage, to which
learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
