GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 9, particularly respondents 8 and 9 on petitioner's representation dt. 17.02.2021 submitted for initiating Proceedings under Chapter VIII and also Chapter X (C) and (D) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 against the respondents 10 to 17 for their repeated illegal acts, thereby causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility at the petitioner's house situated at Flat No.402 SLG Arcade Sujatha Nagar, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakahapatnam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 to 9 under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 9, particularly respondents 8 and 9 to initiate proceedings under Chapter-VIII and also Chapter X (C) and (D), Section 107 and 145 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against respondents 10 to 17 and their henchmen.” 3 2. Ms.P.Haritha, learned counsel would submit that the learned counsel for the petitioner on record is no more. 3. At this juncture, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the matter is settled before the Court. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
