This is an application under Section 528 of BNSS preferred by the applicant wherein direction has been sought for consolidating and transferring all the cases (Complaint Case Nos.25271/2023, 2528/2023, 25270/2023, 25278/2023, 59680/2023, 683/2023, 24443/2023, 59152/2023, 25112/2023, 25730/2025, 25731/2023, 312/2023, 25657/2023, 313/2023, 314/2023, 329/2023, 330/2023, 323/2023, 25347/2023, 25775/2023, 25772/2023, 25713/2023, 333/2023, 25271/2023, 2528/2023, 25270/2023, 25278/2023, 59680/2023, 683/2023, 24443/2023, 59152/2023, 25112/2023, 25750/2023, 25731/2023, 312/2023, 25657/2023, 313/2023, 314/2023, 329/2023, 330/2023, 323/2023, 25347/2023, 25775/2023, 25227/2023, 25713/2023 and 333/2023) to one Court and for trying jointly and also to accept the common sureties and personal bonds for all the cases instead of separate sureties and personal bonds. 4. Learned A.G.A. on the other hand submits that the present application is premature one, as it is for the applicant to approach the court below while filing an appropriate application/proceedings as contemplated under the statute and it is for the court below to take a call upon the same. 5. I have heard the submissions so made across the Bar and perused the record. 6. Apparently, there are two reliefs sought, first for consolidation of the said cases and the second for acceptance of common two sureties and personal bonds for all the said cases. 7. Since as per the record, applicant has not been enlarged on bail, thus the relief so sought herein is premature. However, liberty is accorded to the applicant to prefer an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court below for consolidation of the cases and in case the same is permissible as per law, then the same shall be decided with most expedition in that regard. 8. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
