KRISHNA DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): NJS,J & GTK,J W.P No.2737 of 2025 2 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, declaring the inaction of the Respondents in implementing the orders passed by the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.3646 of 2012 and O.A.No.7071 of 2010, as affirmed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.20691/2012 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.24176 of 2019, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents to treat the honorary and temporary service rendered by the Petitioners, including the deceased Petitioners represented by their legal representatives, as qualifying service from the date of their initial appointment for the purpose of calculating pensionary benefits, to extend the benefits of the Automatic Advancement Scheme (8/16 years scales) from the date of their initial appointment as Medical Officers, and to release the arrears of pensionary and monetary benefits to Petitioner No. 1 and the legal representatives of deceased Petitioners within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Honble Court and to pass orders on the same analogy as this Honble Court has passed in W.P.No.32645 of 2023, W.P.No.20149 of 2024, and W.P.No.14253 of 2024, along with directions to implement the Government Orders issued pursuant thereto, including G.O.Rt.No.572, dated 19-09-2024, and G.O.Rt.No.732, dated 05-12-2024, also G.O.Rt.No.451,dt 23-07-2024,and to pass such order or orders IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased t may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith implement the orders passed by the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.3646 of 2012 and O.A.No.7071 of 2010,as qualifying service from the date of their initial appointment for the purpose of calculating pensionary benefits, by extending the benefits of the Automatic Advancement Scheme (8/16 years scales) from the date of their initial appointment as Medical Officers, and by releasing the arrears of pensionary benefits and consequential monetary benefits to Petitioner No. 1 and the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioners No.2,3&4, and to pass such order or orders NJS,J & GTK,J W.P No.2737 of 2025 3 Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1.
