By filing the petition (CRMP No. 2060 of 2022), the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s) :- 6 “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition by set-aside the order dated 05.08.2022 passed by the Learned Additional Session Judge Raipur of the District and Session Court, Raipur in Criminal Revision no. 209/2022 and quash the whole complaint case no. 5683/2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur (C.G.) in the interest of justice.” 8. As per the status reports received, the trial in CRMP No. 2014 has already been concluded on 05.08.2022, and in the other cases, the trial have also been concluded on 28.03.2026. In view of the same, the reliefs sought in the present petitions have become infructuous, and nothing survives for consideration by this Court in these petitions. 9. Consequently, the present petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 10. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 11.
