Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3, at the outset, on basis of written instruction, submits that grievance of petitioner raised in this writ petition towards retiral dues, is duly addressed and payment has been made. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute the above submission made on basis of written instruction. However, he further submits that a liberty to granted to petitioner that in case still he is aggrieved, he may approach the concerned authority. 4.
