Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and as the respondent is unrepresented, I am of the view that since the distance between Bengaluru and Belagavi is more than 500 kms, hardship will be caused to the petitioner to attend the regular hearings at Bengaluru. In that view of the matter, the petition is allowed. That the M.C.No.1225/2024 pending consideration before the I-Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Belagavi, forthwith.
