1. The petition is for the following reliefs:
“a) To direct the Police officials/SHO of Police Station Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi not to initiate any action against the Petitioners. b) To provide Police protection to the petitioners to save their life and liberty against the respondent no. 2.”

The cause raised in the instant petition no more survives in view of the subsequent development which stands conceded by the petitioner that the petitioner no. 1 is not residing with petitioner no.2.
