NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners on 04.07.2025 under Regulation 18 of the Karnataka Electricity Board Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) Regulations, 1987 vide Annexures A to A4 and pass orders in accordance with law.” 2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if the petitioners file a fresh appeal memo to the competent authority, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the following order is passed: (i) The writ petition stands disposed of. (ii) The petitioners are permitted to file an appeal under Section 18 of the Karnataka Electricity Board - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39065 WP No. 29300 of 2025 Employees (Classification, Disciplinary, Control and Appeal) Regulations before the competent authority, within one week from today.
