The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.P.No.9965 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025, to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M. till cognizance is taken by the learned Trial Court, and not to leave the limits of the State of Andhra Pradesh without prior permission from the Station House Officer concerned, are hereby relaxed.
